Section 4075 - Administration(a) DSHA holds primary responsibility for administering the Delaware Workforce Housing Program. DSHA's powers and duties include: (1) Adopting rules and procedures as needed or desirable to effectuate provisions of this subchapter.(2) Administering, enforcing, and interpreting such rules and procedures.(3) Allocating DWH Grant funds in accordance with the provisions of this subchapter.(4) Monitoring the implementation and operation of this subchapter.(b) Beginning no later than November 15, 2025, and occurring every November 15 thereafter, DSHA shall issue an annual report to the Governor and the General Assembly evaluating the effectiveness of the Delaware Workforce Housing Program.(c) DSHA may delegate to and receive assistance from other state agencies in carrying out its responsibilities of this subchapter.(d) DSHA shall adopt regulations necessary to implement this subchapter in accordance with the procedures specified in the Administrative Procedures Act, Chapter 101 of Title 29.Added by Laws 2023, ch. 352,s 2, eff. 8/9/2024.
