Section 10124 - Issuance; terms and conditions(a) Upon the award of days to any applicant, the Commission shall issue a license for the holding of the meet or meets during the days awarded to the applicant.(b) The license shall be subject to all rights, regulations and conditions from time to time prescribed by the Commission. 38 Del.
