Section 10105 - Meetings; office; and quorum(a) The Commission shall meet at least once a year to set racing dates and at least once a month during the racing meets.(c) A majority of the Commissioners shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of any business, for the performance of any duty or for the exercise of any power of the Commission.Amended by Laws 2013, ch. 70,s 2, eff. 6/30/2013.38 Del.
