Section 8718 - Appeal and jurisdiction(a) Any order issued under § 8707(5) or 8708(1), (2), or (3) of this title shall be final, unless appealed to the Superior Court within 15 days after service. Review of any such order and the determinations upon which it is based shall be upon the record in the administrative proceeding in which the order was issued.(b) The Superior Court has jurisdiction of offenses under this chapter, except as otherwise provided in this section.(c) The Court of Chancery shall have jurisdiction to prevent and restrain violations of this chapter.(d) All proceedings for the enforcement, or to restrain violations, of this chapter shall be by and in the name of this State.
