Section 1215 - Applicability of subchapter

This subchapter shall become applicable upon approval by the Administrator of E.P.A. of the state plan submitted by the Governor pursuant to § 4(a)(2) of FIFRA [ 7 U.S.C. § 136i(a)(2) ].
