Section 4704 - Duties of medical examiners(a) The Chief Medical Examiner and the Assistant Medical Examiners shall carry out the provisions of this chapter to investigate all deaths throughout the State.(b) The Chief Medical Examiner shall comply with the orders and directions of the Department of Safety and Homeland Security .Amended by Laws 2023, ch. 117,s 16, eff. 7/25/2023.Amended by Laws 2013, ch. 265,s 1, eff. 7/4/2014.29 Del.
