Section 3914 - Complaints(a) The Division shall receive and investigate, in accordance with § 8735 of Title 29, all complaints under this chapter.(b) The Division shall issue a final, written report at the conclusion of its investigation of a complaint under this chapter.Amended by Laws 2017, ch. 263,s 17, eff. 6/11/2019.63 Del.
