Section 1615 - Personal appearance required(a) No license shall be issued under this chapter except upon personal appearance of the applicant before a member of the Commission. The applicant shall affix the applicant's signature and Social Security number to the application for license in said member's presence and shall acknowledge under oath that said application for license is the applicant's act and deed and that the facts stated therein are true.(b) Where the applicant is a corporation, subsection (a) of this section shall be satisfied by the appearance, signature and Social Security number of a director on behalf of the corporation in the same manner. Where the applicant is a partnership or other unincorporated association, subsection (a) of this section shall be satisfied by the appearance, signature and Social Security number of a general partner or member on behalf of the applicant.61 Del.
