Section 113 - Examinations

The Board may, by regulation, prescribe the terms and conditions for granting credit to a candidate for a permit to practice certified public accountancy or an applicant for a permit to practice public accountancy based on the candidate's or applicant's satisfactory completion of an examination in any one or more of the subjects of the Uniform Certified Public Accountant Examination, the examination recognized by the National Society of Public Accountants and any written examination in any other subject or subjects given by the Board or by the licensing authority in any other jurisdiction.
