Section 6307 - Wholesale Dealers(a) A wholesale dealer who is licensed by the Division is authorized to do the following: (1) Buy a vehicle from another dealer, a licensed auto auction or retail seller;(2) Sell a vehicle to, or exchange vehicles only with another dealer or through a licensed auto auction;(3) A wholesale dealer may operate from a private residence and is not required to comply with §§ 6303(a)(2) and (5) of this title. (b) A wholesale dealer may not: (1) Sell or exchange vehicles with a retail buyer; and(2) Buy, sell or exchange new vehicles; and(3) Sell vehicles on consignment. 71 Del. Laws, c. 449, § 1.;
