Section 1903 - Tnc permit required(a) A person shall not operate a TNC in Delaware without first having obtained a permit from the Delaware Department of Transportation, Delaware Transit Corporation ("Division").(b) The Division shall issue a permit to each applicant that meets the requirements for a TNC set forth in this Chapter, and pays an annual permit fee of $5,000 to the Division.Added by Laws 2015, ch. 374,s 1, eff. 8/10/2016.
