Section 3720 - Regulations(a) The Department may adopt regulations as the Department deems necessary or appropriate to administer or enforce this chapter. Except as may be otherwise provided by the Department, a regulation adopted under this section takes effect on publication.(b) The Department of Insurance may adopt regulations with respect to private plans under § 3716 of this title.Added by Laws 2021, ch. 301,s 1, eff. 7/1/2022.
