(a) A knowing violation of this chapter is subject to a civil penalty of not less than $5,000 and not more than $85,000 per violation.(b) A violation that is not a knowing violation may be subject to a civil penalty of not more than $1,000 per violation.Added by Laws 2019, ch. 168,s 4, eff. 10/1/2020.
