Section 3129 - Representation of Department and State in civil and criminal actions
(a) In any civil action to enforce this part, the Department and the State may be represented by any qualified attorney who is employed by the Department and is designated for this purpose or at the Department's request by the Attorney General.
(b) All criminal actions for violation of any provision of this part or of any rules or regulations issued pursuant thereto shall be prosecuted by the Attorney General of the State or, at the Attorney General's direction, by one of the Attorney General's deputies.
