Section 4811 - Exemptions(a) No filing of the premium finance agreement shall be necessary to perfect the security interest of the premium finance company as against creditors, subsequent purchasers, pledgees and other such parties, their successors or assigns.(b) Notwithstanding Title 30, all institutions licensed in accordance with this chapter shall be exempt from all other occupational and use taxes levied by the State.60 Del.
