Section 2722 - Confidentiality requirement(a) General rule. Except as provided in subsection (b), no procurement organization may divulge any individually identifiable information acquired in the course of performing its responsibilities under this chapter except for the purpose of facilitating organ, eye or tissue donation and transplantation or as otherwise required under applicable laws.(b) Donors and recipients. The identity of the donor and of the recipient may not be communicated unless expressly authorized by: (2) If the donor is alive, the donor; and(3) If the donor is deceased, the next-of-kin of the donor.
