Section 2603A - Hearing Aid Loan Bank Program(a) A Hearing Aid Loan Bank Program is re-established in the Division.(b) The program hereby re-established is for the purpose of lending hearing aids on a temporary basis to parents and legal guardians of eligible children in order to ensure that such children have maximum auditory exposure during critical years of language development and learning. 74 Del.
