Section 4932 - Location of election officers within voting room; location and care of voting device(a) The inspector, judges and clerks shall remain in the polling place at all times while the polls are open. They shall locate themselves in a place separate from all other electors.(b) During the hours for voting, no voting machine shall be hidden, concealed or obscured in any way from the full view of the election officers, the challengers and all electors entering the voting room to cast their ballots. The election officers shall not themselves be, nor permit any other person to be, in any position which might permit one to observe how an elector has voted. [Repealed by 2019 Amendment.]
