Section 8604 - Acceptance of and compliance with federal and state legislation and regulations(a) DACCTE shall comply with the federal Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Act of 2006 (Perkins IV) [ 20 U.S.C. § 2301 et and subsequent reauthorization thereof. DACCTE is subject to requirements of the Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Act of 2006, implementing regulations thereto, and any state laws or regulations related to career and technical education.
