Section 8220 - [See Note] AdoptionThe Interstate Teacher Mobility Compact (Compact) is hereby enacted into law and entered into with all other jurisdictions joining therein, in substantially the same form as in this chapter.
Added by Laws 2023, ch. 395,s 1, eff. .Section 2 of the 2024 enacting legiislation provides that this subchapter takes effect upon the enactment of the Interstate Teacher Mobility Compact by the tenth state. The Secretary of the Department of Education shall provide notice published in the Register of Regulations that the Interstate Teacher Mobility Compact has been adopted by 10 states.
