Section 5304 - School of Agriculture - General scope and objects(a) The University shall maintain a School of Agriculture which shall include a Division of Instruction, a Division of Short Courses, a Division of Research and a Division of Agricultural Extension.(b) The objectives of the School of Agriculture shall be to: (1) Develop and implement a comprehensive on-campus program of instruction;(2) Develop and implement a comprehensive on-campus or off-campus program of instruction in practical agriculture through a short course program;(3) Conduct research, both fundamental and applied, in all phases of agriculture and rural life through the Agricultural Experiment Station; and(4) Diffuse among the people of the State useful and practical information on subjects relating to agriculture and home economics, and to encourage the application of the same through the Agriculture Extension Service.14 Del.
