Section 4107A - Primary election day; in-service day(a) School districts shall allow public school buildings to be used as polling places for primary elections if requested by the department of elections for a county.(b) Every day on which a primary election is held shall be an in-service day for any school district where any district schools are used as polling places for a primary election.Added by Laws 2013, ch. 282,s 1, eff. 1/1/2016.
