Section 3101A - Short title

This chapter may be cited as the "Infants and Toddlers Early Intervention Act."

Section 9. This chapter is effective immediately and is to be implemented on July 1, 2023.

Section 10. This Act is known as the "Infants and Toddlers Early Intervention Act".
