Section 1217 - When superseded; accounting authorized1. When the public administrator in virtue of his office has been superseded he shall deliver to the fiduciary who has superseded him all the personal property belonging to the estate which he has in his possession after deducting therefrom his expenses, costs and commissions as ordinarily allowed by the court upon the entry of a decree upon final accounting.2.
