Section 126 - [Effective Until 1/1/2025] Application

For the purpose of filling vacancies occurring other than by the expiration of term in the offices of members of the senate and assembly elected at a general election in two thousand twenty-two, the senate and assembly districts of this state, as described and set out in a chapter of the laws of two thousand twenty-two, amending the state law relating to establishing assembly and senate districts, shall continue to be respectively, the senate districts and the assembly districts of the state.
