Section 99-U - [Multiple versions] New York state gaming commission account1. There is hereby established in the joint custody of the comptroller and the executive director of the New York state gaming commission an account in the miscellaneous special revenue fund to be known as the "New York state gaming commission account".2. Such account shall consist of moneys transferred thereto from the state lottery fund administration account, the regulation of racing account, the bell jar collection account or the regulation of Indian gaming account.3. In no circumstance shall net proceeds of the lottery, including the proceeds from video lottery gaming, be used for the payment of non-lottery expenses of the New York gaming commission, administrative or otherwise.4. All moneys in the New York state gaming commission account shall be available, subject to appropriation, for the payment of administrative expenses of the New York state gaming commission.N.Y.
