Section 229 - Backstretch employees drug and alcohol rehabilitation eligibility

Any licensed not-for-profit organization providing drug and alcohol rehabilitation services to backstretch employees shall receive information concerning available funding and existing programs from a coordinated effort of the commission and division of substance abuse services.
