Section 1336 - Certain wagering prohibited1. It shall be unlawful for any casino key employee licensee to wager in any gaming facility in this state.2. It shall be unlawful for any other employee of a gaming facility licensee who, in the judgment of the commission, is directly involved with the conduct of gaming operations, including but not limited to dealers, floor persons, box persons, security and surveillance employees, to engage in gambling in any gaming facility in which the employee is employed or in any other gaming facility in this state which is owned or operated by the gaming facility licensee or an affiliated licensee.3. The prohibition against wagering set forth in subdivisions one and two of this section shall continue for a period of thirty days commencing upon the date that the employee either leaves employment with a gaming facility licensee or is terminated from employment with a gaming facility licensee.N.Y.
