Section 1329 - Lobbyist registration1.For purposes of this section, the terms "lobbyist", "lobbying", "lobbying activities" and "client" shall have the same meaning as those terms are defined by section one-c of the legislative law.2. In addition to any other registration and reporting required by law, each lobbyist seeking to engage in lobbying activity on behalf of a client or a client's interest before the commission shall first register with the secretary of the commission.
