All books, papers, records and property of the gaming inspector general within the gaming commission with respect to the functions, powers, duties and obligations transferred by section one hundred thirty of this article, are to be delivered to the appropriate successor offices within the office of the state inspector general, at such place and time, and in such manner as the office of the state inspector general may require.
