Section 3398-C - [Repealed Effective six months after full cannabis control board created by Cannabis Law has been appointed] Cannabinoid hemp retailer license1. Retailers selling cannabinoid hemp, in final form to consumers within the state, shall be required to obtain a cannabinoid hemp retailer license from the department.2. The commissioner shall have the authority to set reasonable fees for such license, to establish the period during which such license is authorized, which shall be one year or more, and to make rules and regulations necessary to implement this section.N.Y.
