Section 2103-A - Use of electronic filing authorized1. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the chief administrator of the courts may authorize a program in the use of electronic means in the civil court of the city of New York as provided in article twenty-one-A of the civil practice law and rules.2. For purposes of this section, "electronic means" shall be as defined in subdivision (f) of rule twenty-one hundred three of the civil practice law and rules.N.Y.
