Section 83 - [Repealed Effective 6/30/2025] Council on health care financing; continuedNotwithstanding any other provision of law, the council on health care financing as established by chapter five hundred twenty of the laws of nineteen hundred seventy-eight, as last amended and continued by chapter fifty-one of the laws of nineteen hundred ninety-three, is hereby continued.
