Section 28 - Mental disability, mental illness, developmental disability, addictive disorder and addiction disorder

The terms mental disability, mental illness, developmental disability, addictive disorder and addiction disorder shall have the same meaning as they are defined pursuant to section 1.03 of the mental hygiene law.
