Section 622 - Definition of "fact-finding hearing"

When used in this part, "fact-finding hearing" means in the case of a petition for the commitment of the guardianship and custody of a child, a hearing to determine whether the allegations required by paragraphs (a), (b), (c), and (d) of subdivision one of section six hundred fourteen are supported by clear and convincing proof.
