No visitation right shall be enforceable under this part concerning any person claiming to be a parent of an out-of-wedlock child without an adjudication of the paternity of such person by a court of competent jurisdiction, or without an acknowledgement of the paternity of such person executed pursuant to applicable provisions of law.
