Section 825 - [Effective until 12/31/2024] Powers and responsibilities of the division1. The director shall post to the website of the division on or before October first of each year the aspirational goals for the utilization of minority group members and women in construction required pursuant to section eight hundred twenty-two of this article.2. The director shall promulgate rules and regulations for the implementation of this article, including, but not limited to, procedures for the submission of certifications and workforce utilization plans by contractors, criteria for granting waivers of workforce participation goals, and the contents of reports by state agencies concerning their implementation of the requirements of this article.3. The division shall, from time to time, review the facilities, books, and records of state agencies to ascertain the accuracy of their reports and their compliance with the requirements of this article.
