Section 226-C - [Multiple versions] Waiver of fees for veterans' organizations

The Erie county legislature is hereby authorized to waive fees, including but not limited to building permit review fees and fees associated with capital improvements to any post or hall owned by a not-for-profit congressionally chartered veterans' organization located in such county.
