Current through 2024 NY Law Chapters 1-49, 52, and 61-117
Except as hereinafter provided, all proceedings in connection with the authorization and issuance of such bonds and/or bond anticipation notes authorized to be issued pursuant to this act shall be had and taken in accordance with the provisions of the local finance law, except that any resolution or resolutions authorizing the issuance of such serial bonds shall not be subject to either a permissive or mandatory referendum and the provisions of section 107.00 of the local finance law shall not apply to the issuance of such bonds or bond anticipation notes.
