Current through 2024 NY Law Chapters 1-59 and 61-121
If any provision of this article or application thereof to any person or circumstances is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of this article which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of this article are declared severable.
