C.R.S. § 8-71-201 to 8-71-224
(1) The effective date for the repeal of this part 2 by House Bill 12-1120 (chapter 27, Session Laws of Colorado 2012) was changed from August 8, 2012, to June 1, 2012, by House Bill 12S-1002 (First Extraordinary Session, chapter 2, p. 2432, Session Laws of Colorado 2012).
(2) This part 2 was added in 2000. This part 2 was relocated to part 1 of article 83 of this title. Former C.R.S. section numbers are shown in editor's notes following those sections that were relocated.
