Section 8-20-410 - Tank delivery truck, semitrailer, or truck trailer for bulk storage

No tank delivery truck, semitrailer, or truck trailer shall be used as a bulk storage plant for liquefied petroleum gas unless the same has been inspected and approved by the director of the division of oil and public safety.
