Section 8-20-208 - Director to keep record(1) The director of the division of oil and public safety shall keep a record of all inspections made, showing:(a) Time and place of each;(b) Number of packages inspected;(c) Number of gallons contained therein;(d) Record of rejections;(e) Record of fuel products destroyed.(2) If any fuel products included in classes I and II have been rejected, such report shall show the date and place thereof and quantity rejected, together with the name of the person possessing it, together with a record from whom received.
