Section 6-4-110 - Jurisdiction - venue(1) Primary jurisdiction of any cause of action brought pursuant to this article 4 is vested in the district courts of this state.(2) Any cause of action brought pursuant to this article 4 may be brought in any judicial district in which the alleged violation occurred, any injury was allegedly suffered, or any defendant resides.Amended by 2023 Ch. 427,§ 2, eff. 6/7/2023.L. 92: Entire article R&RE, p. 239, § 1, effective July 1.
