Section 6-1-1206 - Prohibition on exclusion of coverage for car sharing

An automobile insurance company shall not exclude otherwise applicable uninsured or underinsured motorist coverage from a shared car driver's or passenger's personal automobile insurance policy because of the person's participation in car sharing.
