Section 44-20-403 - Motor vehicle dealer board

Powersports vehicle dealers, used powersports vehicle dealers, powersports vehicle manufacturers, distributors, and manufacturer representatives, and powersports vehicle salespersons shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the board.
