Section 42-2-310 - Violation

Any person who violates any of the provisions of this part 3 commits a petty offense, pursuant to section 18-1.3-503.

(1) This section is similar to former § 42-2-410 as it existed prior to 1994.

(2) Section 47 of chapter 68 (HB 22-1229), Session Laws of Colorado 2022, provides that the act changing this section is effective March 1, 2022, but the governor did not approve the act until April 7, 2022.
