(1) Prior to the recreation of this section in 2015, subsection (4) provided for the repeal of this section, effective July 1, 2014. (See L. 2009, p. 2013.)

(2) Subsection (4) provided for the repeal of this section, effective January 1, 2019. (See L. 2015, p. 846.)
