Current through Acts effective through 7/1/2024 of the 2024 Legislative Session
If a landlord proceeds with an eviction of a tenant of a residential premises in violation of this part 13, and the tenant loses possession of the dwelling unit without a court order, the tenant may seek relief as described in section 38-12-510.
