This article shall be known and may be cited as the "Colorado Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act".

Colorado legislative change: This section was numbered as section 12 in the uniform act. Colorado placed it here and renumbered the succeeding sections accordingly. Colorado also used its own numbering system for subsections and paragraphs within sections. Where necessary, these changes will be noted in the comments.
